- Body Reset Wood Roller
After the shower, on bare skin. Long, slow strokes toward the heart — legs first, then hips and arms. Breathe out on the pull.
01The moment
Tension collects in the thighs, hips and back after long days — foam rollers bruise, hands tire, and massage appointments don't fit real life.
02What it does
Twelve carved beech wheels roll smoothly in both directions, kneading skin and muscle as you glide the roller slowly along the body — pressure you choose, stroke by stroke.
03How it feels
Five minutes of slow rolling leaves legs feeling lighter, skin warm, and the day loosened out of the body.
Why it earns its place
A real massage, in your hands
Twelve carved wheels work in two directions, so the roller kneads as it glides — deeper than hands alone, kinder than a foam roller.
Your pressure, instantly
Press lightly for a wake-up stroke or lean in for slow, deep work. The wood gives you the exact pressure you want, every pass.
The post-shower reset
Five minutes on bare skin — legs, hips, arms, back — and the body feels worked and loosened, not battered.
Warm, honest material
Smooth natural beech, sealed and finished — no batteries, no noise, nothing to charge. Just wood, weight and rhythm.
Built to live by the bath
38cm of solid beech with turned handles. Wipe it dry and it's ready for tomorrow's ritual.
How to use it
- 1
After the shower
On warm, bare skin — a little body oil makes the glide slower and deeper if you like.
- 2
Legs first
Start at the ankle and roll slowly up the calf and thigh, toward the heart. Let the wheels do the work.
- 3
Then hips and arms
Slow passes over the hips and up the arms. Light pressure at first; the body tells you where it wants more.
- 4
Five quiet minutes
Breathe out on each long pull. The goal is rhythm, not speed.
- 5
Wipe it dry
A dry cloth after use. Once in a while, a drop of wood oil keeps the beech fed.

Questions, answered
What does it feel like?
Like a firm, rolling knead. The wheels press and release in rhythm as you glide. Pressure is entirely yours — most people start light and go deeper after a few sessions.
Is it better than a foam roller?
Different. Foam rollers press everything at once and can feel bruising; the wheels target the muscle in waves and are much gentler on bone and bruise-prone areas.
Can I use it with body oil?
Yes — a few drops of body oil slow the glide and deepen the work. Wipe the roller dry afterwards to keep the wood in good condition.
Which areas does it work on?
Calves, thighs, hips, arms and along the back where you can reach comfortably. Keep strokes long and slow, moving toward the heart.
How do I care for the wood?
Wipe dry after each use, keep it out of standing water, and feed it a drop of wood oil occasionally. The beech is sealed and finished smooth.
How long does shipping take?
Orders ship tracked to the US and typically arrive within 8–14 days. You will get tracking as soon as it moves.
