What does momme mean?
It's the weight measure of silk — like thread count for cotton. Higher momme means denser, more durable silk. This case is 22-momme, the sweet spot for nightly use, in grade 6A — the finest long-strand grade.
Will it actually help my hair?
Silk creates far less friction than cotton, so hair glides while you sleep instead of snagging and tangling. People with frizz-prone, curly or colored hair notice it first.
What sizes are available?
Three: 48×74cm (about 19×29in), 51×66cm (about 20×26in) and 51×76cm (about 20×30in). Measure your pillow flat, corner to corner, and pick the closest.
How do I wash it?
Hand wash cold with a gentle detergent, or machine wash on delicate inside a mesh laundry bag. Air dry flat, away from direct sunlight. No bleach, no high heat.
Does it feel slippery or slide off the bed?
The silk is smooth against skin and hair, but the hidden zipper keeps the case fitted snugly on the pillow — it stays put through the night.
