Is Calmovi a medical brand?
No. Calmovi makes comfort, beauty and self-care products. None of them diagnose, treat or cure a condition. If something feels severe, persistent or new, talk to a doctor.

How much does shipping cost?
Nothing. Shipping is free on every Calmovi order, with no minimum.
Where does Calmovi ship?
Products in the Calmovi shop ship tracked within the United States. The Period Rescue Kit ships within the United States, and the Scalp Reset Ritual Kit ships worldwide.
How long does delivery take?
Shop products usually arrive in 6 to 10 days, with tracking emailed when your order ships. The Period Rescue Kit's standard US delivery takes 3 to 7 business days. Scalp Reset Ritual Kit orders are fulfilled within 2 to 3 business days, and delivery after that depends on your country.
Can I change or cancel my order?
Yes, until it ships. Email hello@calmovi.com and we'll update the address or cancel and refund you in full.
Returns & guarantees
What guarantees do Calmovi kits have?
The Scalp Reset Ritual Kit has a 30-day money-back guarantee and the Period Rescue Kit a 60-day guarantee, both counted from delivery. Email hello@calmovi.com within that window for a full refund.
What if my order arrives damaged?
Email hello@calmovi.com within 7 days of delivery with your order number and a photo. We'll send a replacement or refund you in full, at no cost to you.

Which Calmovi product should I start with?
Start with the moment you want to change. Hard to switch off at night: the Sleep Reset Mask. Period days: the Period Reset Belt. Dull or dry-feeling skin: the Body Reset Dry Brush or the Cooling Reset Gua Sha. Hair and scalp: the Scalp Reset Ritual Kit.
Are Calmovi products good gifts?
Yes. Most Calmovi products cost under $40, each one is useful on its own, and shipping is free on every order.
