Every Calmovi kit comes with a money-back guarantee: 30 days from delivery for the Scalp Reset Ritual Kit and 60 days from delivery for the Period Rescue Kit. If it isn't right for you, email support@calmovi.com within that window for a full refund of the price you paid.
How long is the guarantee?
- Scalp Reset Ritual Kit: 30 days from the day your order is delivered.
- Period Rescue Kit: 60 days from the day your order is delivered, under the Period Rescue Guarantee.
How do I request a refund?
Email support@calmovi.com from the email address you used to order. Include your order number and, if you're willing, a line about what didn't work for you. That's all we need.
Do I need to send the kit back?
No. You don't need to return opened products to receive your refund under the guarantee.
When will I receive my refund?
Once your refund is approved, it goes back to your original payment method. Most banks show it within 5–10 business days.
What if my order arrives damaged or incorrect?
Email support@calmovi.com within 7 days of delivery with your order number and a photo. We'll send a replacement or refund you in full, at no cost to you.
Can I cancel my order?
Yes, until it ships. Email us and we'll cancel it and refund you in full. Once an order has shipped, the guarantee above applies.
Are shipping costs refunded?
Shipping is free on every Calmovi kit, so there's nothing extra to refund and nothing deducted from your refund.
Which orders does the guarantee cover?
Orders placed directly on calmovi.com. It doesn't affect any rights you have under the consumer protection laws where you live.
