Shipping is free on every Calmovi kit. The Scalp Reset Ritual Kit ships worldwide, and orders are fulfilled within 2–3 business days. The Period Rescue Kit ships within the United States only, with standard delivery in 3–7 business days.
How much does shipping cost?
Nothing. Shipping is free on every Calmovi kit, with no minimum order.
Where do you ship?
- Scalp Reset Ritual Kit: worldwide.
- Period Rescue Kit: within the United States only.
How long does delivery take?
- Scalp Reset Ritual Kit: orders are fulfilled within 2–3 business days. Delivery time after that depends on your country.
- Period Rescue Kit: standard delivery within the United States takes 3–7 business days.
Will I get tracking?
Yes. We email you a tracking link when your order ships.
Will I pay customs or import duties?
International orders may be subject to import duties or taxes set by the destination country. If these apply and aren't collected at checkout, the carrier collects them on delivery.
What if my package is lost or arrives damaged?
Email support@calmovi.com with your order number. We'll look into it with the carrier and send a replacement or refund you if the kit can't be delivered or arrives damaged.
Can I change my shipping address?
Email us as soon as possible. We can update the address until your order ships.
